I’m Siobhan Ring (she/her – my name is pronounced sha-vawn). dahlia strategic is my consulting project. I'm here help grow our collective capacity to build power and win the joyful, safe, healthy, creative, just and free future that we and future generations deserve. I believe in us. My roots are in community organizing and my 25+ years of expertise spans narrative strategy, policy campaigns, fundraising, participatory training & skilled facilitation, and building welcoming & powerful organizations. What can I help you do?

What’s in a name? I chose ‘dahlia’ because dahlias embody many qualities I cultivate and celebrate in my work; vibrance, strength, endurance, endless variation, the capacity to retreat, rest, and re-emerge. Hopefully the ‘strategic’ part is obvious. Strategic thinking and action is what I’m all about.
